Forms for graduation application
All the forms required for the graduation application are available on the University website: http://www.uniroma1.it/modulisticastudenti
The forms need to be filled in online.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE DEAN’S OFFICES
- Declaration of submission of the graduation application and the final thesis at the Administrative Secretary of Medicine.
- Graduation application
- Infostud certificate on passed exams with respective mark, simple form (without marca da bollo)
- Certificate of involvement in international exchange programmes with detailed information on its duration
Please note: The deadline for the submission of the documents to the responsible staff at the Dean’s Offices correlated with the final date for the presentation of the application at the Administrative Secretary, aside from postponements officially communicated by the Dean’s Offices.
The printed version of the final thesis, signed and stamped by the tutor, together with the power-point presentation for the thesis defence, will need to be presented the day of the defence before the beginning of the session.
GRADUATION PROCEDURES IN THE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS
Promemoria for graduates in Degree Courses for the Healthcare Professions
· Two sessions are foreseen for each academic year: “Session 1” (October- November) “Session II” (March – April).
· For “Session 1”, the graduation application must be presented to the Administrative Secretariat from 1 August to 15 September. Requests will not be accepted after this date.
When presenting the graduation application, students may still lack some exams, but these must be sat and certified by, and no later than, 30 September, verifying that on 31 January of each year the requirements to enrol for the following year as required by the Faculty Study Regulations for Healthcare Profession, General Study Manifesto, have been complied with. The Student Administrative Secretariat reserves the right to refuse the graduation request if the above requirements are not met.
· For “Session II”, the graduation application must be presented to the Administrative Secretariat from 2 January to 15 February. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
