Sapienza University has recently published the “BE-FOR-ERC Call” that will assign 5 fellowships for research projects of excellence lasting 12 months. The call is open to all research areas and scientific sectors. Project proposals are invited from principal investigators who have obtained their PhD (2-7 years before January 1, 2020) and hold a very promising scientific curriculum.

Each fellowship will provide funds for a total of €50,000 to be divided as follows:

€40,000 to fund an annual research grant Principal Investigator;
€10,000 to cover costs directly related to research activities.
Applications may be presented until June 14, 2019 at 2:00 pm (Italian time) as described in the call and annexes.
