From Monday, June 26 to Wednesday, July 5, Sapienza’s students and staff from the 11 Faculties and all the University's facilities are invited to participate in a blood donation competition!

You can donate at the blood bank placed on the Main Campus - coordinated by volunteers from the Associazione donatori sangue problemi ematologici Ad Spem - and at the transfusion centres at the Policlinico Umberto I General Hospital and Sant'Andrea Hospital, in the morning. On Wednesday, July 5, you can donate at the Umberto I Blood Donation Centre also in the afternoon.

The best donors among the Faculties will be honoured by the Rector on Wednesday, July 5 at 8 pm, during a free event open to the public to raise awareness of driving safety, which will also host the music contest 'La musica fa buon sangue', in which solo singers and university bands will take part in a live challenge, from 6 pm to 10.30 pm.
